Effeffe Pet Food was acquired by the international group United Petfood in January 2020. It is now trading as United Petfood Italia, as reported by the Italian industry magazine Pet B2B.
Production by the company will continue at the plant in Pieve Porto Morone in the province of Pavia. As part of the United Petfood Group, the company has access to a network of 14 production plants located across Europe.
